I would like to do some more regular-type blogging by Wordpress’s dashboard (the blogging interface) is still all crazy and nearly unusable. I can’t link, add tags, or insert pictures to name a few things. It’s really great.
I will say that my garden is in full bloom and has already provided us with a few cucumbers. If Wordpress wasn’t so wonky I’d show a photo or two of it.

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009I used my free hosting credit from GoDaddy and re-uploaded Wordpress, and have been trying to get this blogsite back to normal. Apparently “free” means being forced to display an obnoxious ad at the top of this page. I’m going to do some shopping around for cheap hosting (or free w/o ads) but for now I’ll take what I can get.

I’ve been meaning to write a more content-filled, opinionated blog post for a while now but whenever I have an idea I am either A) almost falling asleep or B) on mile 3 or 4 of my run. Or I just tweet it in a short snarky manner and it appears over on the right side of this page. But right now I need to finish my glazing and eat some homemade peanut butter and banana soy ice cream.

3. Figure out what the hell happened to my blog, which at one time was nicely formatted but now seems to have split in two. I haven’t played with any of the settings so my guess is that it was an errant post that will soon cycle down and off the main page. Or hackers. You know, technical stuff.
UPDATE: Haha, I deleted the tea party video below from MSNBC and viola! Problem solved. Note to self: no more MSNBC videos.

Friday, April 17th, 2009Apparently something happened over the past few days that has caused the format of this site to go all wonky. I haven’t tweaked any of the settings or stylesheets so my guess is that one of my posts has thrown it out of whack. (?) I guess I’ll be playing repairman after I get this kiln loaded.
